Bone development: Manganese is a key component for the synthesis of cartilage and bone matrix (such as mucopolysaccharides), especially for poultry (eggshell strength) and young animal bone growth.

Enzyme activation: Participates in the activity of enzymes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD) and pyruvate carboxylase, affecting energy metabolism and antioxidant function.

Reproductive performance: Promotes sex hormone synthesis, improves egg production rate and sperm quality of breeding livestock/poultry.
