Technological Advantages of Sustar Copper Sulfate

Technological Advantages of Sustar Copper Sulfate 1

Raw material screening

1.The raw material will control chloride ion, acidity. It has less impurities
2.Cu≥25%. Higher content

1.If the content of chloride ion and acidity of raw materials in the early stage is not strictly controlled, anticaking of silica should be added inthe later stage
2.When this product is added to the premix later, it will also cause discoloration and caking of the premix due to its high impurity. In addition, if the silica is mixed unevenly, agglomeration will occur

Crystalline type screening

Round particle type. This kind of crystal is not easy to be destroyed. In the process of heating and drying, there are spaces between them, with less friction, and the agglomeration is slowed down.

2.Other copper sulfate
Needle type or rectangle type. The large gap leads to the increase of collision between materials.

Heating process

Indirect heating and drying: indirect drying by pure hot air to avoid direct contact of flame with materials and prevent the addition of harmful substances.

Direct heating and drying
With direct heating, some harmful substances such as sulfide and coal ash residues will enter the product, the product will turn yellow and the sulfide content will be too high

Moisture control

1.Copper sulfate pentahydrate is very stable under normal temperature and pressure, and does not deliquesce. As long as five crystal water is ensured, copper sulfate is in a relatively stable state. (Calculated by CuSO4 · 5H2O) Copper sulfate content≥96%,contains 2% - 4% free wate. The product canonly be mixed with other feed additives or feed raw materials after further drying to remove free water, otherwise the feed quality will be affected due to high water content.
2.Unique moisture detection method of Sustar(see Appendix)

If white carbon black is added, it needs to be dried at high temperature, free water is removed locally, crystal structure is destroyed, and the product is easy to absorb moisture.

The Unique Moisture Detection Method of Sustar

Reagent
Acetone: chemically pure
Instrument and equipment
Glass sand Crucible: aperture 5-15 μm.
Electric blast drying oven: the controllable temperature is 50±2 ℃.
Desiccator: use calcium chloride (drying agent) or allochroic silica gel as desiccant.
Analysis steps
Weigh about 2g of sample (accurate to 0.0002g), put it into a glass sand crucible with constant weight at (50±2)℃, add 5ml acetone. Stir with a fine stick and filter, wash it with acetone twice with 5ml each time. Place the crucible and test sample in the room temperature ventilation place for 10min, then transfer them to the oven at (50±2)℃ for drying for 2h, cool them in the dryer for 20min, and weigh them (accurate to 0.0002g).
Calculation of results
Water content in mass percentage, calculated according to formula (4) :X1=(m1-m2)/m*100
M1- mass of the sample and glass sand crucible, (g)
M2 - mass of the sample and glass sand crucible after drying, (g)
M - mass of test sample, (g)
Take the arithmetic mean of the parallel test results as the test results, and the absolute difference of the parallel test results.
