Since 2017, Li Fang has participated in the revision of the national standard feed additive, sodium selenite, and provided experimental data and analysis reports for the revision of standards for potassium iodide and potassium iodate. It is worth noting that during the standard revision
process, serious errors were found in the detection of arsenic in the original industrial standard, which resulted in inaccurate detection of arsenic in sodium selenite and posed great risks to feed safety. The team worked together to overcome this problem and successfully established a detection method for arsenic in feed additives, which was included in the standard.
She participated in the formulation of a national standard in 2019: Feed Additives - Part 3: Minerals and Their Complexes (or Chelates) - Sodium Selenite, published on December 17, 2019.
In 2022, she successfully applied for the development of the national standard for glycine zinc as a feed additive and the group standard for magnesium oxide as a feed additive.
She hosted one provincial-level project and applied for 23 patents.
Projects:Hosted the Enterprise Innovation Ability Cultivation Project "Research and Application of Efficient Zinc Oxide Coating Technology" by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Project Number: 2018NZ0094.
Patent application: 8 invention patents and 15 utility model patents, among which the invention patents included: METHOD FOR DETECTING ARSENIC IN FEED ADDITIVE SODIUM SELENITE; ZINC OXIDE ENTERIC SUSTAINED-RELEASE PELLET, PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF AND FEED COMPOSITION CONTAINING ZINC OXIDE ENTERIC SUSTAINED-RELEASE PELLET; ORGANIC COMPOSITE TRACE ELEMENT AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF; MIXING DEVICE FOR PRODUCING ORGANIC COMPOUND TRACE ELEMENTS; POLYPEPTIDE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF, AND ORGANIC COMPOUND TRACE ELEMENT AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF; FEED ADDITIVE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF; and SOW SPECIFIC FEED ADDITIVE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF.

Since Wang started working, constantly exploring and innovating, he has been diligent in quality management technology, constantly overcome difficulties in the field of feed trace element quality technology, and achieved remarkable performance:
1. He represented the company in drafting or revising eight national or industrial product standards and one method standard, and made every effort to
continuously improve the advanced level of China's standards and contribute to the development of the feed industry. In 2006, he found that there were loopholes in the detection method of the national standard GB13079, Determination of Total Arsenic in Feeds, so that copper sulfate with high arsenic content could not be accurately determined. These loopholes brought hidden dangers to feed safety. With a strong sense of social responsibility, he actively promoted the revision and promotion of national standards, improved the safety level of industry products, and boosted the progress of the industry. In 2009, he participated in the revision of the standard and won the 'China Standard Innovation Contribution Award'. In 2018, he was awarded 'Advanced Individual in National Efforts of Feed Science and Technology'.
2. In 2012, in view of the small amount of trace elements added to the feed and the difficulty of mixing, he led a team to overcome the technical difficulties of particle agglomeration, grading and detection, and successfully developed a series of ultra-micro iodine cobalt selenium products, which greatly improved
the feed quality.
3.In 2014, he developed trace element-coating products to reduce the impact of trace elements on other components in feed caused by their own properties,extend the shelf life of feed, and create higher value for users.
4. In 2022, he was responsible for the comprehensive completion and production of the organic trace element project technology. The project produced green, environmentally friendly, and efficiently absorbed organic small peptide chelate trace minerals, reducing the amount of trace elements added to feed and thereby reducing environmental emissions. While protecting the environment, the product's efficacy has been improved, being a cause that benefits the future in contemporary times.
5. During his 20 years of effort in quality management and R&D of product technology, Wang has instructed more than 50 apprentices. On the one hand, he has taught them quality management skills, but more importantly, he has cultivated and improved their quality management skills. He has truly implemented the concept of "quality being the life of the enterprise" that the company adheres to, helping the company's products become the preferred choice for industry users and benefiting the continuous development and growth of the company
