No.1 Its PH is nearly neutral, and with stable chemical properties, it has no chemical reaction to elements like Cu, Fe, l and Co, etc., guaranteeing the efficacy of the formula.
- No.2 With a low water content of less than 0.1%, the premix compound obtains a lower content of free water, preventing from discoloration and agglomeration
- No.3 With a volume weight of 0.8g/cm3 or so, silica is close to that of most microelement additives, appropriate for mixing uniformity of premix in the process.
- No.4 Silica can increase the fluidity of premix and is convenient for feeding of premix, reducing premix's residual in equipment.
- No.5 Silica has low content of calcium, less than 1%, and with stable chemical properties, it has no reaction with acid or alkali
- No.6 Silica has low content of iron, less than 50mg/kg, and it is not easy to be discolored in the post processing.
- No.7 Obtaining fine granularity, silica is conducive to even distribution in the post processing.
- No.8 Heavy metal contents are significantly lower than the one stipulated in national standard.
